FindCalculation is committed to accuracy and transparency. When errors are identified, we correct them promptly and communicate clearly.
Error Classification
Critical: Incorrect formulas or calculations producing materially wrong results. Addressed within 24 hours. Triggers review of all related content.
Significant: Factual inaccuracies in content that could mislead users. Addressed within 5 business days.
Minor: Typos, formatting issues, broken links not affecting content meaning. Addressed within 90 days.
Correction Process
1. Error identified (via internal review or user report).
2. Assigned to the appropriate subject matter expert.
3. Correction implemented within the applicable timeframe.
4. Correction notice added to the affected page for 30 days (Critical/Significant errors only).
5. Related content reviewed for similar issues.
